Melt the butter in a saucepan and fry the almonds. Wash and drain the rice, add the saucepan and stir over the heat for a few minutes. Add the stock and salt to taste, cover and cook for a few minutes over medium heat, and then over low heat. When the rice grains are tender, place a sheet of kitchen paper over the pan and cover again. Set aside for 10 minutes. Stir in the chopped dill and allspice. Serve hot. Hmm delicious!!!
